How It Runs

A guided curriculum, eight weeks of live mentorship and lifetime access.

You work through the full curriculum at your own pace, with integration, evaluation and reflection checkpoints along the way, while we meet live every week to take each part of the method deeper. Every session is recorded and sits alongside the curriculum with lifetime access, and you receive your certificate of completion when you finish.

I've spent 26 years in the beauty industry, working hands-on with clients, educating therapists globally, and building treatment experiences inside some of the world's most recognised luxury spas and hotels, including Mandarin Oriental, Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari and Four Seasons. My work has always been about creating treatments clients return for and reputations that last.

I built my own clinic from the ground up, grew a team, put systems in place that allowed it to run without me, and sold the business. The waitlists, memberships, brand partnerships and industry recognition came from developing a clear method behind my hands and aligning my positioning with the calibre of my work.

Master Facialist exists because I've watched so many skilled therapists work hard and still feel invisible, under-recognised, or stuck repeating routines that no longer challenge them.
