Lever.
26 years in this industry. Every level. All of it earned.
I know this because I built the version the industry sold me first.
I started as a therapist. I spent 15 years as an international educator working inside some of the most prestigious properties in the world — Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Corinthia. Teaching teams, directors and resort owners what excellence in this industry actually looks like at its highest level.
Then in 2019 I opened my own salon. I built it into a six figure business with a full team, full systems and a reputation that filled the diary without me having to try very hard. On paper it was everything the industry tells you to build towards.
I sold it in 2024. Not because it was failing. Because even with everything running exactly as it should, it was still consuming everything I had.
The mental load of it, the weight of being the thing the whole model ultimately rested on, never switched off. I had built what I was supposed to build and I was still hitting a ceiling I couldn't see past.
So I went back to solo. And from there, with nothing but 26 years of knowledge I had never fully monetised and a decision to build something completely different, I built a six figure digital income in six months. I launched a skincare brand that now sells in 10 countries. I reduced my treatment room days to four a month.
I am not telling you this to be impressive. I am telling you this because I spent years not knowing this was available to me and I don't want that for you.
